There’s also an Away mode, which reduces the temperature when you’re out, and an Alexa skill that lets you control the heating in individual rooms using your voice. In all, it’s a clever system, and you won’t find a multi-room heating solution for less.
Presence is a sleek outdoor security camera complete with weatherproofing, night vision and a smart floodlight. It’s able to detect the presence of people, cars and animals, and sends you reports in real time if you’re not currently viewing your property with live stream. Its indoor counterpart, Welcome, boasts facial recognition capabilities and notifies you when any of the alarms (smoke alarm, CO alarm, et cetera) in your home sound.
Thermostat compatibility: Compatible with most thermostats. Two-stage heat/single-stage cooling thermostat is the most efficient; furnace board does have high fire timer if needed.

Warranty information: Five-year parts warranty to the original owner of the system. If the system is installed in a residential single-family home and registered within 90 days of installation, the parts will be warrantied for 10 years. If the system (indoor and outdoor unit) is installed by a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, the parts and compressor will be warrantied for 12 years.
Warranty information: Ten-year limited warranty on compressor, 10-year limited warranty on all parts, extended warranty available. Warranty provides for a total of 10 years of limited warranty coverage (standard five-year limited parts warranty plus an additional five-year limited extended parts warranty).
